Description :
  • Assist the director of marketing and digital strategy in developing an overall end-to-end online user experience that effectively engages TTUHSC’s key target audiences and drives student and patient acquisition.
  • Serve as a data-driven expert who uses analytics to guide website development that supports lead-generation and broader Communications & Marketing goals.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between the Communications and Marketing team and university stakeholders to understand ongoing needs and objectives and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Provide strategic vision for TTUHSC and clinical web environments to keep pace with industry trends and best practices, including integration of CRM(s) and third-party platforms.
  • Consult on and support implementation and utilization of clinical platforms that enhance online patient journeys.
  • Oversee the editorial presentation of content on the TTUHSC website, including homepage, DailyDose blog, and other high-profile pages that promote the university and its key initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize online student recruitment pathways, based on analysis and a strategy that aligns with a full-funnel recruitment approach.
  • Perform regular website audits to ensure accuracy of content, usability, UX best practices and accessibility.
  • Actively collaborate with schools across the university to meet their digital needs, and provide consultation to create alignment with Communications and Marketing priorities and vision.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive and actionable reporting of all web environments that supports decision making, including an approach to apply learnings from campaign insights and a process for attribution reporting.
  • Support brand equity by deploying brand design throughout digital environments and guiding web development in line with brand guidelines.
  • Provide leadership to a team of web developers and editors that aligns the team with the TTUHSC Strategic Plan.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive brand awareness by engaging web and content developers, overseeing keyword research and completing regular SEO audits and action plans.
  • Establish project goals, budgets, timelines, and measures of success for departmental projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all OPs, compliance, IT Security, contracting and governance requirements.
  • Manage relationships and day-to-day communication and coordination with contracted partners and vendors.
  • Work and lead the team in a manner that reflects the TTUHSC Shared Values.
Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
